			Congratulations go out to volunteer Amanda Harsche who is now heading up the adoptions department. She will serve as Adoptions Manager. Mary will now head up our promotions/events department as well as give guidance to Amanda. Thank you, Mary - under her 4-year tenure we have adopted more than 500 cats to good homes, most of which we still see when they come in to the hospital for checkups. This is our highest average ever
			Remember that there is a finder’s fee for volunteers. If you bring in a volunteer and that volunteer stays active with the Purr Project for 4 months, you earn $100
				Along with the items I mentioned above lets we are going to start placing food and water bowls on the opposite corner from the litter box. Some kitties (especially the young ones) kick up a lot of litter and get it into their food bowls. That leaves the kitties without clean food and water.
